Legal help for the Indigenous community of Kingston, Napanee and surrounding areas, through a partnership with Queen’s Legal Aid.
The Centre provides legal services through a partnership with Queen’s Legal Aid. It offers representation in civil claims, criminal defence, disability benefits appeals, employment issues, human rights complaints, provincial offences, and tenant rights.
It can represent clients at the Ontario Court of Justice, Provincial Offences Court, Small Claims Court, Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, Landlord and Tenant Board, and the Social Benefits Tribunal.
It serves the Indigenous community of Kingston, Napanee and surrounding areas, and Queen’s University students. Call or email the Centre to ask for help.
