This culturally based 12 Step Program is centred on Indigenous teachings, knowledge and understandings.

The Rising Roots cooking program is a child/youth cooking program for ages 7-18 which provides urban Indigenous children/youth the chance to learn about basic cooking skills, sanitation and hygiene, and kitchen use.
